English Presentation

Dear Friends of Portacoeli's Tower,

Iniciativa por la Torre de Portacoeli is an independent political organization. It consists of a variety of women and men who do not belong to any interest group. By holding our residential area and its environment in high esteem, we are driven above all by a strong desire to improve it and by the thrill of working for it. With the exception of this exciting adventure that we hereby present to you, none of us has political ambitions nor our intention is to devote ourselves to politics on a professional basis.

We are sure that Portacoeli's Tower must support and improve the characteristics that have made this environment a unique place in our region and the "found place" for many of our neighbors.

We have no doubts that in the last years we have neither felt represented nor defended by any of the political municipal groups. This is why through our group we want to provide a new channel of participation in the matters of our Town Hall, based on principles of honesty, transparency, tolerance and consensus.

Our project is opened to all, everybody is welcome, and therefore we invite you to take part in it with the objective of turning The Tower into a residential area of which we can all be proud.

You will soon receive information about our proposals and plans of action. In the meantime we give you our e-mail address so that you can let us have your ideas, suggestions, requests, questions, opinions or comments.
